Luxury Lounge Hotel Check-In Policy

1. Check-In Time:

   - Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability, and may incur additional charges.

2. Reservation Confirmation:

   - Please present a valid government-issued photo ID and the reservation confirmation upon check-in.

   - Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.

3. Payment Information:

   - Full payment for the entire stay, including room charges, taxes, and any applicable fees, is required at check-in.

   - We accept major online payment systems and cash for payment.

4. Room Key or Access Card:

   - You will be provided with a room key or access card upon check-in.

   - Please return these items upon check-out to avoid replacement charges.

5. Deposit or Credit Card Authorization:

   - We may require a deposit or credit card authorization at check-in to cover incidentals and potential damages. Any unused amount will be refunded at check-out.
